The Fifth Circular for the 13th International Congress of Coptic Studies (Göttingen, 27 July–1 August 2026) has now been published on the congress website. It contains practical information for all participants, including details on registration, venues, the latest programme updates, social events, and cultural activities during the congress.
The congress website has also been updated with several new resources:
- the Exhibition Guide for Entangled Communities: Global Egypt and Its Multilingual Manuscript Heritage, including information about guided tours;
- a Göttingen Travel Guide;
- a Dining Guide to the university dining hall and cafeterias;
- a mobile-friendly version of the congress website for easier consultation on smartphones.
Please note that, due to expected last-minute programme changes and in keeping with the congress’s sustainability policy, no printed programme will be provided. Participants must therefore consult the online programme regularly, as it will be updated throughout the congress to reflect any changes.
